At Skeletonligament, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of hypoallergenic furniture materials. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Package Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include the return authorization number and a copy of your receipt.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same return conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
